If you’ve ever watched an episode of Breaking Bad and felt the urge to buy some fried chicken, well, we have some very good news for you.

During a recent Reddit AMA, show creator Vince Gilligan revealed that fans everywhere may soon get the chance to eat at Gus Fring’s (Giancarlo Esposito) infamous fast food joint for real.

“Believe it or not…there is talk of a Pollos Hermanos becoming a real restaurant,” Gilligan said. “This is not an idea that I generated personally, but it’s one that’s been presented to me, through the good folks at Sony, and the idea came to them from a businessman who has an interest in doing just that.”

And how does the TV mastermind feel about the possibility of seeing one of the show’s most iconic sets became a real restaurant? Very much in favor, as it turns out.

“Speaking for myself, I’d love to see that happen!” he wrote.

After all, everyone knows that when opportunity (or Heisenberg) knocks, you need to answer.

Since a real-life Los Pollos Hermanos is still very much in the planning stages, Gilligan couldn’t offer any more details about the restaurant, but that didn’t stop fans from offering up their own suggestions, including desserts covered in blue rock candy and “onion frings” to go with the “heisenburgers.” As for us, we’ll just be happy if the owner has both sides of his face when he comes to take our order.

Though it will likely be a long time before Breaking Bad fans actually get to experience Los Pollos Hermanos in person, the campaign is already going better than their last attempt to bring one of the show’s most iconic culinary moments into the real world. Then again, nobody really expected fans to actually throw perfectly good pizzas onto Walter White’s (Bryan Cranston) roof —  least of all Gilligan himself, who had to issue a statement asking fans to put an end to the weird hobby.
