Dave Annable Says He’s Been ‘Writing Letters’ For A ‘Brothers And Sisters’ Reunion

The Walker family may no longer be gracing our TV screens, but it’s safe to say that they are anything but forgotten… especially by Justin Walker himself, Dave Annable.

So with so many fans — and cast members — openly clamoring for just a little bit more time with their favorite Brothers and Sisters, we obviously had to ask Annable whether he would be open to reprising his role, when we got the chance to catch up with him at the People’s Choice Awards nominations announcement last November. And based on his answer, it’s probably safe to say that if a reunion ever happens, Annable would be the very first person one board.

"I'm like Andy Dufresne in Shawshank. I'm writing letters every day for a reunion," he said. We assume that means that Morgan Freeman's interested in a reunion as well.

Despite the fact that his letter-writing campaign is still going strong, Annable doesn't know if an actual return to the Walker household will come to fruition any time soon. But, if it helps the network any, it looks like he's got plenty of his own ideas for what the Brothers and Sisters team can do to help the fans get some closure.

"I think it would be a lot of fun to do a little send-off, two-hour movie," he pitched. "Because I know we didn't get to end the way we wanted to end, so that would always be a lot of fun."

See, ABC? All you need to do is greenlight it. You know you want to.
